1. Refund Policy
We offer a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a replacement or return. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at customer@annkriti.com.
2. Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
· The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
· The invoice must be provided at the time of return pick-up.
· Used products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges or returns are allowed only in the following cases:
1. The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
2. The product was not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
3. The product has expired at the time of delivery.
Once your return is accepted:
· We will pick up the item from the same delivery address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
· For an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.
· For any delivery-related discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours after your order is marked as delivered.

3. Cancellation Policy
· Order cancellations are accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
· If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
· Annkriti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
o Non-availability of stock
o Pricing errors
o Informational errors
o Issues with the personal or financial details provided by the customer
4. Refund Process
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
· If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
· Please note that it generally takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
